Nos solutions

5 questions
01What is the difference between the UTAH softener by Source Pure and the SourcePur™ system?

The UTAH water softener by Source Pure treats limescale throughout your home by eliminating calcium and magnesium ions. It protects your pipes and household appliances, and saves you up to 70% on cleaning products.

The SourcePur™ system is a filtration system that removes up to 99% of contaminants (chlorine, pesticides, microplastics, heavy metals, etc.) for pure water at your kitchen tap.

For a complete solution: the ideal approach is to combine both — soft water throughout the house + pure water for drinking and cooking.

02What water softener capacity should I choose for my household?

The choice depends on the number of people in your household:

  • UTAH by Source Pure 10L: Ideal for 1 to 2 people
  • UTAH by Source Pure 22L: Suitable for 3 to 4 people
  • UTAH by Source Pure 25L: Recommended for 5 people or more

Our team can provide free advice based on your water hardness and consumption habits.

03Does the SourcePur™ system really eliminate 99% of contaminants?

Yes. Our multi-layer filtration system effectively removes: chlorine and its derivatives, nitrates and pesticides, medicinal residues, microplastics, heavy metals (lead, mercury), and bacteria.

The result: neutral, light water, with no taste or odor, straight from the tap.

04Can I drink softened water?

Softened water is potable and safe. The process simply replaces calcium and magnesium with a very small amount of sodium.

Our recommendation: combine UTAH by Source Pure with the SourcePur™ system for water that is both soft and perfectly pure.

05How much money will I save with a water softener?

With the UTAH water softener by Source Pure, you save:

  • Up to 70% on your cleaning products and detergents
  • 60% on your energy consumption
  • 50% on your laundry products
  • 3x less soap, shampoo, and moisturizer

Not to mention extending the lifespan of your household appliances.

Questions techniques

4 questions
01How do I know if my water is hard?

Signs of hard water: white marks on taps, deposits in the kettle, rough laundry, dry skin after showering, excessive soap consumption. Above 15°f (150 mg/L), a water softener is highly recommended.

Check out our complete guide

02Does the water softener consume a lot of water and electricity?

Electricity: less than €10 per year. Water: only during automatic regeneration (50–100L every 3–7 days). Salt: approximately 30–50 kg every 2–3 months (~€15–20). The savings achieved far outweigh these costs.

03Are your products certified?
